For admission in our organization, please download the admission form and attach the required documents with it. documents required are: 1. Disability Certificate 2. Aadhar Card 3. Birth certificate 4. Bank Passbook first page 5. Income Certificate 6. Medical Prescriptions 7. Photos- Student(4) Parents(2) It is required to provide Aadhar card for both parents & student. Pan card of either parents are required. All documents must be in Xerox and clearly understood. Only income certificate will have to be given in original. After the submissions of admission form a date for IQ test will be given. It is mandatory for parents and the student to come on that date and get the IQ test done.
